Food styling

I have tested, developed and written recipes for some of the UK’s biggest magazine titles including BBC Good Food print and online, woman&home, Woman’s WeeklyUK and goodto.com. I have also delivered full concepts for the Cornish Sea Salt Co which includes writing and styling the recipes, prop styling, booking and managing the shoot location and photographer. 

I frequently recipe test for BBC Good Food and have been the lead home economist on several podcast and SEO video shoots too. 

Assisting work

While working at TimeInc/TI Media/Future Publishing I was lucky enough to work alongside lots of food stylists and recipe writers. I was responsible for ordering and organising shopping, maintaining a clean shoot environment and cooking and preparing recipes as directed by the lead stylist. 

My portfolio has a strong bias for print editorial recipes but I hope to branch out into the worlds of video, cookbooks and advertorials too.
